Orders are confirmed over WhatsApp. Once your order and delivery address are confirmed and payment is arranged, we dispatch your parcel and share tracking details in the same chat.
We accept UPI, bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery.

HERBOCURE products are sealed, consumable health supplements. For hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds once an order has been delivered, including where a product has been opened or where you have changed your mind.
Please check the product details, ingredients and quantity carefully before confirming your order on WhatsApp, and ask us anything you're unsure about — we'd much rather answer a question before you order.
If there is a problem with your order — it arrived damaged, the seal was broken, you received the wrong item, or the product is past its date — contact us on WhatsApp at 8401466599 or by email within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will look into it. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Indian consumer law in respect of goods that are defective, deficient or not as described.
